Homemade Kalguksu (Korean Knife Cut Noodles) | 칼국수

This handmade knife cut noodle is also know as Kalguksu in Korea.
Excellent to serve with either hot or cold soup.

2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
