1. Pause squats: 3 sets, 15 reps (Last set drop set with an extra 5 reps)
2. Leg Press: 4 sets, 20 reps
3. Hack squat: 4 sets, 20 reps
4. Leg extensions 3 sets, 20 reps
5. Standing Hamstring curl: Drop Sets 3x15/5/5
6. Lying hamstring curl: 4 sets, 20 reps
