"I had two best friends:
"I had two best friends: one died a year ago and the other 9 days ago. I'm losing friends here. They say you can't get attached in war. And how can you not get attached here, if you almost sleep in one sleeping bag, share food for two?", says 21-year-old grenade launcher Oleksandr.
He is one of the youngest guys in the Presidential brigade. Sasha went to military service at the age of 19. He immediately got into the Presidential brigade. A full-scale war caught him in Kyiv. Then there were Kharkiv region, Bakhmut, and now Avdiivka.
"Gradually, you begin to get into it, and you understand what war is: trenches, first shellings and assaults. I could never have thought that fate would bring such trials at my age," says Sasha.
