These fish are very invasive to US waters and we’re never meant to be here. After being introduced into US waters they exploded and their population grew extremely fast. These fish are bad for the environment because they eat all the zoo plankton wich is the same food that all the shad and paddlefish eat. The Asian carp just grow to fast and eat to much food for the shad and paddle fish to be able to have a chance and that’s why they are so bad for the environment. We do our best to remove as many of these fish as possible.
All information from the fish was given to the states biologist to help in the battle against these invasive fish.
