Afghani Beef kebab is not only popular in Afghanistan but also in other neighbor countries too. We see it in many restaurants menu which are actually Pakistani or Indian restaurants.
It’s easy to make recipe at home in steak pan.

Let’s start!

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Serves: 2 persons

Ingredients:

1- Boneless beef, 1/2 Kg
2- Salt and black pepper to taste
3- Onion, one small
4- Garlic, 6-7 petals
5- Rice boiled as required
6- Resins, 3 tablespoons
7- Carrots 2 cut into small pieces
8- Sugar 2-3 tablespoons

For oil,
1- Oil, half cup
2- Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
3- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
4- Coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon
5- Salt to taste

Preparation:

1- Grind onion and garlic by adding water.
2- Marinate Beef pieces with onion garlic water.
3- Add salt and black pepper.
4- Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
4- Take out when it’s ready and put it on skewers.
5- Make oil ready by adding its ingredients.
Cook in steak pan by adding oil on them.

Rice:
1- Cook carrots in sugar until sugar is dissolved and dried.
2- Add soaked resins and stir.
3- Add boiled rice and mix all the ingredients.

Serve rice with your special Afghani tikka.
