This is chorale no. 10 from the St. John Passion.
O hilf, Christe, Gottes Sohn,
Durch dein bitter Leiden,
Dass wir dir stets untertan
All Untugend meiden,
Deinen Tod und sein Ursach
Fruchtbarlich bedenken,
Dafür, wiewohl arm und schwach,
Dir Dankopfer schenken!
O help, Christ, O Son of God,
Through thy bitter passion,
That we, who thee ever serve,
May avoid all error,
May thy death and its true cause
Fruitfully consider,
For which, although poor and weak,
Thee our thanks we offer!
