Ingredients:

• 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce  ( Oyster Sauce Bottle- https://amzn.to/3HMT4kF)
• 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning  (Knorr chicken seasoning- https://amzn.to/3IiUWmT)
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• Spring roll wrappers (6-inch size, 50 pieces) (if larger, 25 pcs wrapper cut into halves diagonally)  ( Spring Home, TYJ Spring Roll FOR IMAGE ONLY https://amzn.to/3yGw1np) DO NOT USE WONTON WRAPPER        
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch ( Cornstarch- https://amzn.to/3JXLczH)
• 1 tablespoon water
• Vegetable oil, for frying
• Sweet chili sauce, for serving  (Mae Ploy, Chili Sauce Sweet- https://amzn.to/3mZ2frq)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken seasoning, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. To assemble the rolls, place one shrimp mixture in the center of a spring roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling and tuck it in. Fold the sides inwards and continue rolling until the roll is sealed. Mix cornstarch and water to form a paste, then brush it on the edge of the wrapper to help seal the roll. Repeat with the remaining mixture and wrappers. Repeat with the remaining mixture and wrappers.
3. In a deep skillet or wok, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium-high heat until hot.
4. Working in batches, fry the rolls for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
5. Serve the shrimp rolls with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
