As we age, we develop several vision problems. One such problem is AMD
Age-related Macular Degeneration or AMD is a condition that can cause loss of central vision. Along with this there are several eye conditions like
Cataract – this causes blurry vision
Diabetic Retinopathy – This causes pain and blood leakage in eyes
Glaucoma – This causes damage to optic nerve leading to loss of vision
There are some less severe problems – like astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness

In this video, we are looking at one powerful juice that can help you to prevent Macular degeneration and reverse in earlier stages. This also helps to improve all other eye conditions we have discussed.
For this we need,
1. Kale
2. Celery
3. Straw Berries/Blue berries
4. Optionally, you can add Pistachios and cashews.
5. Lemon

First, chop kale into small pieces. Now in a blender jar, add 2 cups of chopped Kale. Kale is so puffy, I need to squeeze it into the jar.
Chop celery sticks and take around ½ cup of Celery into the same blender jar.
Now toss in 1 cup of cut Straw berries. Blend this into a nice smoothie. I am straining this juice with the help of a strainer to remove pulp.
Now squeeze in a little lemon juice to enhance the taste. Optionally, you can add pistachios and cashews to make this juice more nutritious.
Drink this juice daily to get required nutrients for eye health and prevent several types of eye diseases. Along with this juice follow this simple suggestions
1. When kids are watching phone for long time, make sure to enable blue light filter. There is an option in modern phones to filter out blue light. Blue light actually causes vision problems, so filtering it out helps a lot. You can also get blue light filter screens for laptops and use it when working for long hours.
2. Always wear sunglasses when you are going out on sunny days. Sunglasses with 100% UV protection are preferable. Sunglasses not only give cool look, but they also protect a lot. Make it a habit even for children.
3. If you are at risk of vision problems, check with doctor and consider taking a supplement with a combination of Lutein, zeaxanthin, Vitamin C and Zinc. This combination is proved to prevent vision problems like AMD.
4. Eat Lutein rich foods like Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Squash, Celery, Collards, Sweet corn and Peas.
5. Exercise, reduce stress and get regular eye exams.
