MUTTON PAYA SALAN WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredient :
Mutton Paya 6
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Water 2 liters
Oil 200gm
Sharp leaves 2
Onion 1 tsp Medium
Tomatoes 2
Large cardamom 1 pc
Cumin powder as required
Green chilies as required
Ground Red Chili as required
Turmeric powder as required
Black Pepper as required
Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
Clove 6
METHOD :
Cut the goat legs in the middle and boil them in water with oil and keep them. Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, medium onion, green chilies, granulated sugar, salt, sharp leaves, whole black peppercorns, large Add cardamom and cloves and boil well. When the pies are cooked, add tomato paste to them. Peel off the skins of 2 tomatoes and add ground red chilies, turmeric powder and cumin seeds to the hot oil and cook well. Then add this mixture to the paya curry, cook well and serve.
