2)Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
3)Chaat masala 1 tsp
4)Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
5)Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
6)Lemon juice 2-3 tbs as required
7)Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 1 Cup
8)Hari mirch (Green chillies) 9-10
9)Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
10)Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
11)Dahi (Yogurt) 500g
12)Chicken Leg 750g
13)Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
