1 large red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
2 carrots
1/2 cup fresh corn
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1 onion bulb
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon chopped peppers
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning (see recipe link above or use any seasonings of choice)
1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste
