Flash Sagittario Unboxing and Serial Number Comparison Beyblade 4D 2020

OK SO DISCLAIMER. I WAS NOT SENT EITHER OF THESE!! I PAID FULL PRICE,  about $18(with shipping) for the A0813 , and $35 (shipped) for the B1312 .  

Im not hearing many other people have any differences with this serial number, has anyone else got A0813 Takara Beyblades with issues?  If anyone has info on why these serial numbers packaging seems different or knows how to get in touch with someone who worked on Beyblade Metal Fight at Takara Tomy that would be most completely appreciated.
