Driveshaft and Driveshaft Seal Replacement

There will almost certainly be some amount of transmission oil loss when removing the driveshaft so to reduce this, I would recommend draining the gearbox oil first and and you can get an idea of that in my manual gearbox video here Manual Gearbox Oil Change
If reusing the gear oil use a clean container, if replacing the gear oil have sufficient quantity of fresh fluid available for the refill.
