Tropical Storm Beryl is strengthening back towards hurricane status, expected to become a Category 1 or 2 again before making its landfall in Texas late Sunday Night and into Monday. Dangerous flooding from rainfall and storm surge appear to be big threats for the coastline, with gusty winds and downpours expected to also continue inland.
