My Hero Academia Season 4 just introduced Eri, pulled the heartstrings of every fan, and asked, Why didn't Deku and Mirio save Eri? Boku no Hero Academia Season 4 Episode 4 sees Deku and Mirio out on a routine patrol, when they come across a scared and helpless child, Eri chan, and even come face to face with Kai Chisaki, the leader of the 8 Precepts, the boss Sir Nighteye is after! Despite trembling when Eri meets Deku, the two heroes decide to let Chisaki and Eri go, THEY DON'T SAVE HER! But... why? This episode of My Hero Academia Season 4 presents a psychological thriller through the clash between Deontological and Utilitarian Ethics, and challenges what it means to be a hero.
