This is the detailed review of the legendary bird from Johto - Lugia in it's 12" Epic Battle Figure look from Jazwares Pokémon figures line. I got this figure from Amazon for CA$26.
This video shows you the packaging, paint apps, articulation, accessories, size comparison and 360 degree view of this cool looking Lugia figure. Even though it's 12 inches, it still feels small compared to my other Pokémon figures... :(
