💥 Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour (if using all purpose flour, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk or 2% milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coffee (if using instant coffee, use 1/2 cup hot water and 2 Tbsp coffee)
1 Tbsp vinegar

Ingredients for Extra Creamy Chocolate Frosting:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

💥 Chocolate Cake Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
2. In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. In another bowl, add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix well with hand mixer. Add the dry ingredient and mix until well combined.
4. Add coffee and vinegar. Mix until combined.
5. Pour the cake batter in a greased pan (I am using 12x8" pan but you can use any size). Also line the pan with parchment paper, it'll be easier to transfer the cake to a plate.
6. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool down to a room temperature.
8. Divide the cake into 4 parts and stacked them with a creamy chocolate frosting in between of each layer to make a 4 layers of cake. Spread the frosting evenly all sides of the cake.
