Tender as ice cream! Qatab in 10 minutes! How to make a simple cookie
Ingredients:
Flour - 300 g / 1.8 cups
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 100g
Sour Cream (Natural Yogurt) - 200g Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Filling: Nuts - 200g
Egg white - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 5 tbsp
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 20 - 25 minutes
