They acquire a nice reddish color after baking while they are very tasty! You will make this recipe many times! 🥣 MATERIALS AND DOSAGE HERE: Materials 2 potatoes 1 carrot Salt Pepper 2 spring onions Anise Mint Parsley Colorful peppers 150 g corn 50 ml olive oil (optional) Cumin Grated Toast (optional) Implementation We start the recipe by boiling the potatoes and the carrot together with a little salt. When they soften, clean them and in a bowl mash them with a fork and then season with salt and pepper. Then, finely chop the mint (2-3 sprigs), the parsley (½ bunch), the dill (.
