How to enable Advanced Find functionality in Dynamics 365 Customer Service App?

This video demonstrates how to enable or view classic advanced find and modern advanced find in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service application. This approach can be used to enable / disable modern and classic advanced find in any of the model driven apps in Power Apps as well.

Modern advanced find link can be found while performing a global search in the customer service hub application.

In case you want to navigate to the classic advanced find you can append following querystring to the url: ?pagetype=advancedfind

Modern Advanced find can be enabled in Power Platform Admin Centre by navigating to Environment Settings - Product - Features - Advanced Find Options
