The carnival Jubilee is making her way to new cruise port in Galveston.  Passenger upset with Princess cruise lines after ong delay boarding the Crown Princess.  A viral Tik Tok videa shows passengers watching their cruise sail away from the parking lot after being 20 minutes late.
