This is really the best
This is really the best apple cake I have tried and that is why I am happy to recommend it to you. I have to admit that it is impossible to stay on just one piece. I also really liked the ease of preparing the dough, as there is no unnecessary rolling. I would be very glad to try it and enjoy it as much as we do.

DOUGH:
350 g of flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 pc vanilla sugar
70 g of sugar
200 g of margarine or butter
1 egg
CREAM:
750 ml of whole milk
1 pc vanilla sugar
3 eggs
80 g of sugar
50 g density (corn starch)
80 g of margarine or butter
FILLING:
1 kg of washed, peeled and sliced apples
4 tablespoons sugar
150 ml of water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
OTHER:
powdered sugar for sprinkling
