A quick walk through how to make these Crispy Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings! If you love anything “Salt & Vinegar” like me, you’re going to LOVE these wings! What you’ll need...

- one to two cups of apple cider vinegar (or white)
- 1 tsp garlic sea salt (or plain sea salt)
- 1 tsp black and/or white pepper
- corn starch (or flour)
- cooking oil of your choice
- 1 dozen wings

*These wings were fresh (not frozen)
Put wings in ziplock bag (or bowl) and pour in vinegar. (Amount will vary depending how many wings you make) close or cover and refrigerate for as long as you’d like, *I recommend no less than 15 minutes ....I did overnight, the longer you marinate the better the flavor!) Pat dry wings with paper towel before seasoning. Once dry, sprinkle your salt & pepper, toss well, sprinkle and cover with corn starch, toss well until covered. Lay wings into (oiled) Air Crisp basket, and Air Fry on 390° for 28-30 minutes. Halfway through, spritz with oil, flip and continue cooking. The last 5 minutes you can increase heat to 400° for extra crispiness. Let cool and Enjoy!
