Second Grade Reading Workshop

This clip aims to show teachers the varied structures of a reading workshop implemented by a enthusiastic and talented teacher. Watch for the mini-lesson, independent reading, conferring, strategy group and guided reading mid-workshop teaching and partnerships. Note:  Independent reading time was edited to produce a shorter clip and students are reading aloud due to a target for improved fluency.
