Emotional Blindness and other Signs of Alexithymia

Alexithymia is a psychological disorder in which the individual has difficulty identifying, understanding, and expressing their emotions. People with alexithymia often appear to be unemotional or “emotionally blind” and may have trouble communicating with others about emotional issues.
