Today we take you to the National Asado Festival in Cholila! We have been to many asados in Argentina, but this is one we will not forget as we have never seen so much meat in our lives! In moments of arriving at the National Asado Festival, Samuel declared, "This is the best asado in Argentina! The best Argentine asado!"
The National Asado Festival is a celebration of the gaucho culture and its gastronomic tradition, and has become one of the most important events in all of Argentina. The festival began to be celebrated in 1993 as a provincial holiday, and from there it grew and grew to become a national holiday that today attracts thousands of people from all over the country, and some international tourists as well.
This is a great event where 10 thousand kilos of beef, 400 sausages and 300 lambs are roasted; As you can see, it is an event to attend with a good appetite!
And the other part of the festival is the horse riding, horse racing, dressage, and the game of tabas, so if you come to the National Asado Festival, you cannot miss these events in the field just behind the nose. .

Hello guys! We are Samuel and Audrey, a couple of traveling vloggers from Canada. In this channel we share our travel videos and food while we travel the world.Our most recent trip was to Argentina, where we spent three months traveling the country and visiting places in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Chubut, Rio Negro, Neuquén, and Mendoza. We fell in love with the beauty of the country and we are eager to share with you the places we have known.
Argentina is a country with so much diversity: deserts, jungles, mountains, glaciers, tundra and more! And not to mention the food: roasts, pizzas, pastas, milanesas, wines, alfajores and croissants! We had a good time! Our trip to Argentina included the following destinations in chronological order: Buenos Aires, Sierras de Córdoba, La Cumbrecita, Villa General Belgrano, Mar del Plata, Puerto Madryn, Peninsula Valdés, Trelew, Gaiman, Dolavon, Esquel, Los Alerces National Park, Trevelin, El Bolsón, Puelo Lake, Cholila, Villa La Angostura, San Martín de los Andes, Bariloche, Las Grutas and Mendoza.
