Thanksgiving Ham Leftovers ideas / Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Soft and fresh Brioche rolls 🤤

Diced ham

Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone cheese (Use whatever cheese you have leftover that's melts well or slices of cheese)

1 tbsp canola oil

1 onion, cut into strips

2 - 3 tbsps soft brown sugar

Butter

How to jazz up your sandwiches:
1. Mix honey with the butter from brushing on after baking
2. Using a sandwich spread on the bread before layering cheese and ham mixture.

3. Mix honey mustard with melted butter. Brush on top of sandwiches before baking.

4. Use garlic herb butter instead of plain butter

5. Spread leftover cherry or cranberry sauce on the rolls before layering on the cheese and ham
