This video is of a challenging case of tooth fracture which came to my clinic to save it. Laser Tooth Repair was done.
Watch How I Fixed A Broken Tooth With Post And Crown Placement!
The patient came to the clinic with a broken upper front tooth.
The tooth was endodontically treated by Root Canal Treatment (RCT).
After a few days, a minor gum treatment, using dental-LASER, was done to reclaim some more healthy tooth structure from beneath the gums. Local anesthesia was used to make the process comfortable for the patient.
Now the root of the broken tooth was prepared to house the Glass-fiber Post which was to provide a sturdy scaffolding for building up the lost tooth structure (using Composite restorative material).
Finally, the dental crown was made at the dental laboratory and cemented over the prepared tooth.
