Smartsheet Resource Management user overview

The purpose of this video is to provide you with a user overview of the Resource Management solution from Smartsheet so you have an idea of what it can do and what to expect.

The Resource Management solution operates on a separate platform from your Smartsheet account and requires its own licences. It was previously known as 10,000ft, but has since been rebranded.  This is different to the Legacy resource management solution available within the Smartsheet core app, for which I have done a separate video.

The full Resource Management solution is for organisations looking for a fully integrated resource management tool that enables them to have full visibility and reporting capabilities on the allocation and utilisation of resources, an ability to track time, find resources with defined skills and reallocate work.  Like any application it has a wide range of capabilities to meet the needs of most organisations so it’s just a case of utilising the ones you need and knowing it has more capability as your needs develop.  And like everything from Smartsheet, they continue to add more functionality to meet user needs so it’s constantly evolving.
