This cream can decorate cakes, desserts, cheesecakes and cakes.

Water must be boiling (or hot);
Albumin is a dry protein mixture;
The ratio of water to albumin is always 6X1;
Albumin is safe, even without heat exposure;
Ingredients can be pierced with an immersion blender;
If a blender is not available, soak albumin for 2 hours in hot water and beat with sugar, egg white mixer;
Instead of lemon juice, you can use 70% vinegar a few drops;
