Bunk bed🛌! Lizard on a rock🦎! Double dog🐶! What are these things? They are amazingly fun yoga poses for your child to do with a sibling or friend. Each partner pose is designed to strengthen and soothe your child. The kids will have a blast in this 5-minute video as Carly works with two of her students, Izzy and Savina, to demonstrate how to do the partner poses. Not only are these poses fun, but the kids feel good about themselves when they work as a team and do their perfect version of a pose. 😊
