We cut it into cubes

oil / 3 tbsp

Turn it over, cover it and let it simmer for 10 minutes

Add the onions
We add pepper
Stir and then add the tomatoes
Simmer for 5 minutes

Turn off the heat / a little chopped parsley
Very appetizing
