We need to know more about Sigewinne | Fontaine Locked

Welcome to Fontaine locked, where I can only use characters from Fontaine. Today is Archon Quest day! I'll also be building Wriothesley and Lyney a little more too. There's been a whole new cast of characters in genshin impact patch 4.1, like sigewinne (crazy doctor) and Arlechinno or the Knave. Both of which have been shown to have elemental visions so it's possible they're planned to release as playable characters in future patches.
