Tilt Table Test for POTS

I wanted to share my experience after getting a tilt table test. This is a test commonly used to diagnose people with forms of Dysautonomia... in most cases POTS. This is an hour long test that can go many different ways for many people. I was extremely nervous before my test and that is why I wanted to make a video to share with y'all what to expect.
