Preserving Garlic the Easy Way

I had an abundant garlic harvest this year, and I am in the process of trying to preserve as much as I can for use this following year. Some I will use to replant in October for next year's crop; some I will share.  This is just one of the ways I will use that crop--the easiest way I have found to preserve garlic for later use.
