Supreme Court on Muslim Women: मुस्लिम महिलाएं, गुजारा भत्ते पर पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का बयान| वनइंडिया

Supreme Court: कानूनी तरीके से तलाक (Talaque) लेने के बाद भी मुस्लिम महिलाओं (Muslim Divorcee Women) के सामने एक परेशानी मुंह बाए आज भी खड़ी है.  वो ये है कि चलो तलाक तो कानूनी रूप से हुआ. लेकिन उस तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं के आगे का भरण पोषण  (Muslim Women Maintenance) कैसे किया जाएगा.  सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने इस मामले में भी एक बड़ा फैसला आज सुना दिया है.  सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं के गुजारे का उपाय कर दिया है.  इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अहम फैसला (Supreme Court Verdict) लिया है.  वहीं अब इस मामले में ऑल इंडियन मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड (All Indian Muslim Personal Law Board) ने क्या कहा है सुनिए
