My grandmother has been making homemade Argentine beef empanadas for as long as I can remember, and she finally showed me the recipe! Learn how to make them in your own home- they aren't nearly as difficult as I thought!
Note: In this video, we make the picadillo (empanada filling) one day, and stuff them the next. You can certainly make these in one day, if you have the time- just make sure to allow the meat to chill a few hours before stuffing the wrappers.
The discos (wrappers) we use here are Goya brand, and we also like La Salteña, which is an brand from Argentina.
