You can actually BUILD LEAN muscle mass WITHOUT weights.... I know it's not the ideal method but it can be done IF you're doing the right blend of exercises.

Lean Mass Expert Frank Rich and Head Strength Coach Chris Wilson show you several body weight only movements that target all the muscles of the body. For each exercise, a variation is shown so that if one movement is too challenging or not to your liking, you have another option.

Of course if your'e serious about gaining lean mass, to maximize results you will be doing some weight training combined with intense body weight only training. And we realize there are some genetic freaks out there who just LOOK at a dumbbell or barbell and gain muscle mass....you guys suck! lol :-)

These exercises are amazing when traveling, working out at home with little or no equipment OR for those just starting out and looking to mess around a little with some light to moderate exercises.

Regardless if your a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, training with body weight is highly recommended and super valuable, especially as we age and moving our own body around tends to get increasingly difficult.
