Today I make my delicious
Today I make my delicious Pinto bean recipe. If you make the way shown it will be Hot..
So if you don't like HOT leave out Chili Paste and Jalapeno
Recipe
1 lb Dry Pinto Beans
1/2 Teaspoon of black Pepper
2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
1 Whole Jalapeno chopped (Optional)
1/2 Med white Onion
3 Slices Bacon chopped
1 Tablespoon Sea salt (Test for seasoning before adding salt)
Total simmer time was 2 1/2 hours..
Prepare as shown..
