This is a quick review of the Norco RPC450 which is a budget 4u rack mount case. It supports ATX mATX as well as several server form factors. Construction is solid but rough and many sharp edges almost ensure a cut no matter how you try and avoid it. A pretty mediocre case, but given the price, not awful.
