Hello Sensing Vitality Friends! This is a 10-minute+ lesson is a meditation practice for clearing emotions, getting stronger and building a strong vital field with energetic boundaries. You will also learn how to clear your energetic field. Great for working "lightening up" emotional patterns and for strengthening immune system, too. This can be a morning meditation practice or movement meditation practice that can be done often -- adapted before workouts or other warmup for meditation practice. You can also use this as a Qigong warm-up. This lesson is different from typical Feldenkrais lessons online-- recorded originally for my Patron supporters in our monthly online gatherings as a short awareness practice.
