Today i am going to show you all how to make momo achar at home easily. I have shown you in video is very simple and quick method so please you can try to make this momo achar by watching my video.
This is Nepali style momo a char which is famous in nepal and mostly famous in kathmandu.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Tomato chopped 1 small bowl
2. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
3. Fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
4. Soyabean seeds 3 tbsp
5. Coriander powder 1/2 tap
6. Salt to taste
7. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
10. Oil 1 tbsp
11. Coriander leaf 1 tbsp
12. Dry red chilly 6 piece
