iPad battery lasts less than it used to be?
iPad shuts down randomly and unexpectedly?
You could have an iPad battery problem.
You could have it replaced by Apple service centers or third party service and repaid centers or DIY and change the battery yourself.
Manufacturer: Apple Inc.
Model: A1475 iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular
9.7-inch Retina display
This also works for models: A1474 and A1476 they are the same iPad just with different options.
This iPad battery replacement is using a third party battery, might not be 100% as good as the original ones but works pretty well.
Original battery specifications:
Li-ion Battery
Model no.: A1484 3.73V
32.9 Whr

Replacement battery specs:
Li-ion Battery
Model no.: A1484 3.73V

If you don't feel confident doing this, watch the whole video before you start. Watch it several times if something is not clear and ask in the comment section bellow if you have any questions.
If you still don't fell like you can do this, take it to a third party repair shop if Apple won't change it for you.
If your Apple iPad or iPhone has battery problems AND is still within the WARRANTY period, DO NOT OPEN IT.
Doing this voids your warranty. Take it to Apple to get it fixed!
See what options you have and decide what's best and cheapest for you.
In this video I wanted to remove the logic board at first but decided to replace the battery without removing the logic board or any other components except the screen and LCD.
I really like seeing devices like this beautiful iPad being rescued from the landfill.

If the battery becomes weak again in 2-3 years, you can do this as many times as you like.
Second time you replace the battery it will be much easier.

14:22 Clean the LCD panel
14:45 Re-install the LCD screen and connect it to the logic board
15:21 Put back the LCD cover screws and the battery screw
16:00 Remove any cover the battery might have
16:08 Re-install the LCD panel
16:13 Test it - make sure it still works
16:21 Re-install the LCD panel screws
16:44 Clean the back of the digitizer and LCD carefully before closing it
17:00 Close the iPad
17:20 Check that all functions are working
17:27 Press on the iPad edges to seal the glue again - or replace the glue strips
