Hello friends
welcome back to Suru's Diary. Today i am here with a healthy soup to be taken in pregnancy.This soup is full with vitamins and minerals and is a  boon to the ladies who suffer from heart burn and acidity during pregnancy.


ingredients required for soup are :-

chopped onions :--  one small in size
chopped  tomatoes :- one medium size
green spinach leaves (palak) :-a hand full
red spinach leaves(lal sag): - a hand full
chopped garlic :- one clove
chopped ginger :- 1/2 inch
grated carrot :- one smallcup
ghee  :- 1tsp
salt :- as per taste
asophotida (hing) :- a pinch
