Let's get down to some facts and figures now. First off, let's burst the inflated salary balloon. 💥 In my experience, only a handful, around 20-40% of the batch, actually land those 30L+ packages. And the last 20%? Well, let's not even go there. No one talks about it because it all boils down to maintaining an image. 😶
Now, let's talk about averages, mainly because there's a lack of transparency. Using hypothetical examples, I'll break down the complexities, stressing the importance of checking official audited reports for accurate data. 📊
Moving on to the disparity between CTC and in-hand salary, here's the lowdown. CTC, or Cost to Company, is a magical term where companies can include pretty much anything - phone bills, electricity bills, even AC bills and parking charges.
