7 Things The INFJ Hides About Themselves. Secrets – Including the INFJ types we all have a share or two of them. Do you agree? We all have that one thing we just could not or choose not to tell people, even those closest to us. This is not to say we are not showing our real selves to them or we are not at all being true to them but this is something that everyone, including the INFJ types, holds for themselves. Regardless of the weight or the gravity of the thing we hide, we just choose not to sit on them and keep it to ourselves.

If there’s one thing the INFJ hates, it is having too many feelings or having to deal with heavy emotions, especially if it involves themselves. This is also one of the reasons why the INFJ is often in the friend zone because they just could not admit feelings even to themselves. Are they too prideful for it? No, definitely not. But they are too unfamiliar with the emotion that it takes them a very long time to process it and think about it. Weighing the pros and cons of the emotion is important for the INFJ and more often than not, like their candid thoughts, they keep this to themselves or even worse, repress it. And you know what happens to repressed or unexpressed emotions? They only grow deeper! And thus the feeling of loneliness. So, dear INFJ, embrace those emotions and let them out.
Overall, it is safe to assume that the INFJ is a secretive person but only to those they just met or they have just been acquainted with. But to people who are close to the INFJ types or people who they let in their circle, they can be pretty transparent.
