The pyrolysis lithium-ion battery recycling
The pyrolysis lithium-ion battery recycling production line is a new generation of lithium-ion battery recycling equipment developed and designed by Henan Regeneration Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.
Compared with the traditional pyrolysis carbonization battery recycling machine, it has made many new improvements, especially the core component: pyrolysis carbonization furnace.
The new pyrolysis furnace has temperature, pressure and oxygen content detection devices; the situation inside in the furnace can be visually seen through the operating system. And the pyrolysis furnace is equipped with a nitrogen protection system, explosion relief safety valve, and other devices; making the recycling process safer.
The oxygen preheating and variable frequency speed regulation further reduce energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
