This video demonstrates the Anterior Drawer Test to assess the integrity of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
Grading/Positive Test: Anterior Tibial Translation
Grade I: less than/equal to 5mm (indicates possible partial ACL tear)
Grade II: 6-10mm (indicates possible full ACL tear)
Grade III: greater than 10mm (indicates full ACL tear)
Sensitivity: 0.55
Specificity: 0.92

Slocum's Test for Anteromedial and Anterolateral Instability also included.
