Knee arthritis can be excruciating. The goal of exercises in the management of arthritis is to improve the range of motion and strength without irritating the joint further. Many exercise programs consist of squats or wall sits to increase strength, but those exercises are just too painful for many people. In this video, I will show you a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises that will NOT irritate your knee AND you can make each exercise a bit harder or easier based on your tolerance level.  Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for watching,
