How to do Cheque in hand journal entry

So we have
Bank a/c and
Debtor a/c
Which is personal a/c
And bank is also representative personal a/c
So Journal entry will be
Bank a/c ......         dr.
Q ki wo receiver hai Aur
To Debtor a/c
Q ki wo giver hai is case main.
Next is timing of deposit of the cheque in the bank
Is me do cases hai
Deposit on the same day
And not on the same day
If same day
Deposit hua hai
Jim’s din cheque Mila tha to
Bank a/c ....       dr. Karenge
To Debtor a/c
Aur doosre case main
Jab kisi Aur din deposit hua hai
To jab cheque receive karenge tab
Cheque in hand a/c         Dr.     Karenge
To Debtor a/c
Aur jab usi cheque ki bank main deposit karenge tab
Bank a/c        Dr.    Karenge
